The Civic is a 13-story residential building located at 101 Polk Street in the Civic Center neighborhood of San Francisco. The building features 132 apartments with a state-of-the-art fitness center, bike storage and a top floor deck with views of City Hall. BMC provided a complete installation of the HVAC including hydronic heating, wet piping, controls and garage exhaust.
