Higby is a 5-story residential building located at 3015 San Pablo in Berkeley. The building features 98 apartments with 6,500sf of restaurant and retail space. BMC provided complete installations of the Plumbing and HVAC systems including sanitary waste and vent, storm water collection, natural gas distribution, domestic hot water, domestic cold water, fuel oil, landscape and irrigation supply, electrical heat system, garage exhaust and an underslab drainage system.
