The UCSF Irving Street Apartments is a 17,000 sq ft student housing facility that contains 18 two-bedroom, one-bath units for postdoctoral students. BMC provided complete installation of all plumbing for the units including Sanitary Waste and Vent, Storm, and Domestic Cold Water systems.
