University Ave Senior Housing, also known as Helios Corner, is a four story urban housing development on University Ave in Berkeley, CA. Helios Corner provides 80 units of housing, shared outdoor and indoor community space above 6,000 square feet of street-level office and retail space. The ground floor office space is home to Satellite Housing’s central offices and Salvation Army’s food pantry and service office. BMC provided complete installations of the Sanitary Waste and Vent, Storm, Domestic Cold Water, High Pressure Cold Water, and Hot Water Supply and Return plumbing systems.
