Union Bank of Alameda

Union Bank, located in Alameda, is a 25,000sf build-out of office space.  BMC performed the HVAC and Plumbing scopes of work which included air distribution, hydronic piping, valves, equipment controls, insulation and the BMS system.  Also included was all plumbing work for domestic water system and sanitary system.
