Trinity Place Phase III & IV

Broadway partnered with Swinerton Builders to deliver the plumbing scope for Phases III and IV of Trinity Place, one of San Francisco’s largest mixed-use residential developments. Together, these phases added more than 1,000 residential units, retail spaces and resident amenities to the multi-building complex.

Phase IV included 502 apartment units with 23 distinct unit types, requiring detailed coordination of plumbing systems across numerous residential layouts and high-rise infrastructure. Broadway’s work included BIM/VDC coordination, procurement planning and installation of reliable, efficient and code-compliant plumbing systems within a dense urban environment.

Trinity Place demonstrates Broadway’s ability to coordinate complex multifamily plumbing systems, repetitive units and constrained San Francisco logistics.
