Portico Treasure Island C3.4

Broadway partnered with Suffolk-Guzman JV Construction to provide Design-Assist plumbing and HVAC services for Portico – Treasure Island C3.4, now known as 490 Avenue of the Palms. This six-story waterfront residential development includes 148 residences with a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes.

Broadway’s scope included early design collaboration, BIM/VDC coordination, constructability review and complete plumbing and HVAC installation. Our team worked closely with Suffolk-Guzman and project stakeholders to coordinate complex building systems, support the construction schedule and deliver efficient, high-quality installations
