The Rockwell consists of two 13-story residential towers located on Pine Street between Franklin and Van Ness in San Francisco’s Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood. The buildings feature 260 condominiums with amenities ranging from a gym, sky deck and solarium. BMC provided complete installations of the Plumbing and HVAC systems including bu not limited to fuel oil, hot water heating/boiler system, landscape irrigation, gas and water piping, temporary plumbing generator exhaust, condensate and drain piping, carbon monoxide control system, garage ventilation and controls.
