The Odeon

The Odeon at 150 Powell is a 104,000 sq ft, six-story mixed-use project that includes 45,000 sq ft of retail space, 29 residential units, 12,000 sq ft of office space and a basement storage space.  The project retained the street fronts of a historic four-story corner building.  The first two floors became a two-story H&M flagship department store.  Floors three through six were converted into market-rate townhouse lofts.  BMC provided complete installation of all plumbing for the retail and residential units including Sanitary Waste and Vent, Storm, and Domestic Cold Water systems.
