The Ellington is a 150,000 sq ft luxury high-rise condominium complex located in Jack London Square in downtown Oakland. The 12-story building consists of 134 units, 9,000 sq ft of ground floor retail space, four levels of parking and amenities that include a 50-foot pool, spa and a fitness center. BMC provided complete installations of the Sanitary Waste and Vent, Storm, Domestic Cold Water, High Pressure Cold Water, and Hot Water Supply and Return plumbing systems.
