Tassafaronga Village is a 240,000 sq ft, mixed-income, green neighborhood development situated on seven-and-a-half acres in the southern end of Oakland. The project consisted of the demolition & remediation of an 87-unit deteriorated public housing development to be replaced with the construction of 157 affordable apartments for low-income families & individuals.
