Stanford Court Renaissance Hotel

The Stanford Court Renaissance Hotel is an 8-story, 258,450 sq ft hotel located in Nob Hill in San Francisco. This project involved a complete renovation of the hotel, including all 393 guest rooms, 22 suites, meeting and public spaces, lobbies, fitness center, restaurant and lounge and kitchen areas. BMC provided a complete renovation of all new HVAC equipment including four new pumps, two pump motors and related control systems, a heat exchanger, air separator, expansion tank, water source heat pumps, diffusers, ceiling filter returns, and ceiling exhaust units. BMC also brought in new water shut-off valves for each unit, isolating the vales on unit by unit basis. The hotel remained operational during the renovation.
