San Jose International Airport North Concourse Terminal B

The construction of Terminal B was part of the San Jose International Airport’s plan to modernize and renovate the airport to meet the growing demands of the rapidly increasing commercial and residential populations of Silicon Valley. The project included a new Terminal B, renovation and expansion of Terminal A, new surface parking and roadway improvements. Terminal B, which replaced Terminal C, is a 163,000-square-foot building designed to handle up to 8.5 million passengers annually. Terminal B is the first passenger terminal in the western United States to be certified LEED® Silver. BMC performed tenant improvements on the HVAC system for Terminal B’s North Concourse including VAV’s with fan coils, exhaust fans and all new prefabricated sheet metal duct work.
