The Ritz-Carlton Club & Residences is a 270,800 sq ft condominium and time-share property for the Ritz-Carlton Club & Residences. San Francisco’s historic Chronicle Building which dated back to 1889, was extensively renovated and redeveloped to build luxury residences and fractional ownership luxury condominiums. The original building included 127,000 sq ft, which was increased by 143,000 sq ft by adding 12 additional stories in new construction. The new 24-story building contains 101 luxury residential units. BMC core drilled approximately 6,000 new cores as part of the renovation and provided complete installations of the Sanitary Waste and Vent, Storm, Domestic Cold Water, High Pressure Cold Water, and Hot Water Supply and Return plumbing systems.
