Pioneer Heights Student Housing

Pioneer Heights Student Housing is a 123,100 sq ft complex consisting of three 4-story buildings that contain 76 student housing units and accommodate more than 400 student residents. This project also included a single-story Commons and a Maintenance Building. BMC provided both the HVAC and plumbing scopes of work on this project. The HVAC system utilized radiant heat piping and hydronic floor heating. On the plumbing side, BMC provided complete installations of the Sanitary Waste and Vent, Storm, Domestic Cold Water, High Pressure Cold Water, and Hot Water Supply and Return plumbing systems.
