The Neiman Marcus project was a 85,870 sq ft, two-level retail store located in the outdoor Broadway Plaza, an integral part of Walnut Creek’s downtown. The location, Neiman’s third smallest, described by the 107-year-old company as its latest “vision of modern luxury.” This was a fast track project and was completed 4 months ahead of schedule. BMC performed the bathroom cores and Storm, Sanitary Waste & Vent and Domestic Cold Water plumbing systems.
