Mission Bay Block 26A

Mission Bay Block 26A, located at 500 Terry Francois Blvd, is a six-story, 310,000 sq ft office building located within San Francisco’s Mission Bay redevelopment zone. The project was designed as part of a larger urban office campus with five office buildings and an enclosed parking structure. In addition to office and laboratory space, the building also contains 12,000 sq ft of ground floor retail space. BMC performed the office core-and-shell, consisting of 5 floors of bathroom cores and Sewer, Sanitary Waste & Vent and Domestic Cold Water plumbing systems. This project is currently pursuing LEED® Silver certification.
