Kaiser Antioch Medical Building

Kaiser Antioch is a 637,000-square-foot, 150-bed state-of-the-art medical complex. It includes a 340,000-square-foot hospital, a 297,000-square-foot medical office building and a new Central Utility Plant. BMC partnered with architect Chong/Smith Group, HMH Builders and Arup Engineers to provide plumbing services for the state-of-the-art medical center with six operating rooms and 36 emergency treatment bays. BMC provided complete installations of the Med-Gas, Sanitary Waste and Vent, Storm, Domestic Cold Water, High Pressure Cold Water, Hot Water Supply and Return, Condensate, and Booster Pump plumbing systems.
