Joseph P. Mazzola Plumbers Union Training Center

The Joseph P. Mazzola Plumbers Union Training Center is a 41,040 sq ft, 3-story facility that houses the state-of-the-art trade and educational technology center for Local 38 Plumbers Union.  The two-year construction project included gutting the building and completely rebuilding the interior into a shop area, classrooms and administrative offices.  BMC completed a complete renovation of the existing plumbing and HVAC systems including training stations for welding bays, medical gas brazing stations, backflow simulators, boiler rooms and various plumbing fixtures.
