Candlestick Cove, since renamed Ashton San Francisco, is a 225,000 sq ft residential complex consisting of 110 one and two bedroom luxury apartments located near Candlestick Park, the old home of the Giants and 49ers. BMC provided complete installation of the Sanitary Waste and Vent, Storm, and Domestic Cold Water plumbing systems and provided installation of separate water and gas metering for each unit. The project was LEED® Silver ND certified.
