BART Headquarters

The project consisted of a complete interior fit out of a ten-story building. The scope of work included a lobby on the ground floor with a BART boardroom and a street-facing public retail suite. The upper floors include seven typical open office floors, executive offices, conference and break area amenities, a security office, work rooms and employee access to a small rooftop deck. The project was developed through Progressive Design-build delivery and includes Target Value Delivery of programming, design and preconstruction activities. The project is LEED Gold Certified.
