Quincy – 555 Bryant Street

Broadway partnered with Swinerton and Strada to provide complete Design-Build plumbing services for The Quincy, a 16-story luxury residential tower in San Francisco’s SoMa district. The 605,077-square-foot development includes 501 apartments and extensive amenities, including fitness facilities, lounges, outdoor gathering areas and a rooftop deck.

Broadway designed, coordinated and installed the domestic-water, sanitary-waste, vent and storm-drainage systems. Careful coordination and procurement of high-end fixtures helped the project achieve early and under-budget completion.
