399 Fremont is a 42-story luxury tower located in the Rincon Hill neighborhood of San Francisco. Built with 447 apartment units with over 25,000sf of amenity space including a lap pool, fitness center, bicycle parking and private dining room. BMC performed the design-build HVAC scope of work that includes air handling equipment, wet side hydronic piping and controls.
