288 3rd Street is a 6-story concrete residential building located at 3rd and Harrison Streets in the Jack London Square District near downtown Oakland. The building features 91 loft-style residential apartments with 116 parking spaces and mixed use retail on ground level. BMC provided complete installations of the Sanitary Waste and Vent, Storm, and Domestic Cold Water plumbing systems for this project.
