Before stepping into his current role, Tyler oversaw all BMC Project Managers and their projects. He supported recruiting, onboarding, training, and PM professional development, while also assisting with bid reviews, proposal preparation, and day‑to‑day operational challenges. During this time, he helped streamline communication between departments and researched emerging construction technologies to improve organizational efficiency.

In his current position, Tyler leads estimating efforts from concept through construction, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and alignment with contract requirements while supporting successful project delivery.
