Jill Demar joined BMC in 2014 as an Executive Assistant and Operations and Estimating Coordinator. She provides executive support to Ken and Fred Nurisso and plays a key role in both business development and estimating support. Jill helps coordinate pursuits, proposals, and client outreach while also supporting the estimating team with organization, workflow management, and project documentation. Her ability to bridge administrative operations with strategic business efforts makes her a valuable resource across multiple departments.
