Sheet Metal Superintendent

Gil Herrera is the Sheet Metal Superintendent at Broadway Mechanical-Contractors, Inc.  In this role, he is responsible for planning and assigning the union workforce for all sheet metal projects, maintaining superior working relationships with business agents, and reviewing and revising the workforce as needed for productivity, quality of work, and customer satisfaction.  With nearly 30 years of field operations leadership experience in the mechanical industry, Gil collaborates with project managers, estimators, and both the engineering and detailing departments to help value-engineer sheet metal solutions for our complex design + build HVAC systems.
