Palcare is a developmentally based childcare and educational program located in a 6,200 sq ft facility on California Avenue in Burlingame. Palcare’s facility underwent an extensive renovation and expansion to to accommodate the need for expanded childcare and administrative areas, and to meet required codes and regulations. BMC was contracted to perform renovation on the facility’s HVAC system which included the installation new sheet metal duct work and rooftop package units with thermafusers.
