Centerra, located in San Jose, is a 21-story, 247-unit apartment building with 7,000sf of retail space. BMC performed the HVAC scope of work including but not limited to, VRV system, common area heating and cooling, trash room and garage ventilation, emergency generator exhaust, swimming pool ventilation and temperature controls.
